Our care rooms are spacious and warm, and our elevated position provides great views over landscaped grounds. Meals are freshly prepared by our in-house chef and special dietary requirements can be catered for. Our lounges are perfect for socialising, watching sport or enjoying movies on a large screen plasma television.

Ranging in size from 35-92 sqm plus balconyServiced apartments are designed to support your independence and freedom. You won’t need to move as your needs change, because we can deliver the level of help you need, right up to rest home care.
Right now Cascades’ serviced apartments are undergoing a major makeover, so soon we’ll be offering one and two-bedroom apartments that will feel like brand-new. All will have kitchenettes and ensuite bathrooms. Many will also have spectacular views.

Our on-site hairdressing, barber and beauty care services are convenient and affordable.
Many Arvida communities have a hair and beauty salon that looks after both ladies and gents. Our stylists are talented and friendly, so you’ll look forward to your regular appointment.
