We’re looking forward to joining the thriving Lincoln community with a brand new Arvida Living Well Community. Resource consent was granted in May 2024 and draft planning is well underway. Our planning will include a variety of lifestyle options and amenities.
The design process will be a collaborative and inspiring process, to ensure every detail enhances the quality of life and delivers on our Attitude of Living Well™ approach.
