Lincoln Plains – 2025 MG ZS Excite Hybrid Vehicle Promotion
Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the 2025 MG ZS Excite Hybrid vehicle promotion (the “Promotion”). By entering this Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms.
2. Promotion Details
The Promotion offers a 2025 MG ZS Excite Hybrid vehicle (“Vehicle”) to eligible purchasers of a brand-new (not previously occupied) independent living villa at Lincoln Plains Retirement Village Limited (“Promoter”).
Vehicle colour and specifications are subject to availability and may differ from promotional images.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to the first 13 Occupation Right Agreements (ORAs) for a brand-new villa in Stage 1a (villa numbers 1 to 13) at Lincoln Plains (“Participating Villa”).
The Entry Payment for the Participating Villa must be paid in full by 31 March 2026.
You must be the first resident to live in the Participating Villa.
Only one Vehicle will be awarded per Participating Villa.
4. Validity
The Promotion applies only to the first 13 Participating Villas sold and is valid until 31 March 2026.
Usual resident criteria apply, including satisfaction of any medical conditions.
5. Vehicle Delivery
To receive the Vehicle, the Entry Payment must be paid in full by the Commencement Date of the ORA.
The Vehicle will be delivered within 60 days of settlement, subject to availability and standard delivery timelines.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer or dealer.
The Promoter will cover the cost of the vehicle, including on-road costs and the Tyre Stewardship Fee, making it a total drive-away package.
Ongoing costs such as insurance, fuel, maintenance, and any optional extras are your responsibility.
6. Conditions
The Vehicle is not a discount on the Entry Payment and is not transferable for any other service or discount.
If you cancel the ORA during the cooling-off period or under the 90-day Change of Mind Promise, you agree to return the Vehicle.
No return will be needed if the ORA is terminated before the Vehicle is received.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed by us, the Promotion cannot be used in connection with any other discount, offer, or promotion.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms, and/or extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
8. Marketing Consent
By participating, purchasers consent to the Promoter using photographs or images of the vehicle handover and related promotional activities for marketing and publicity purposes, including digital and print media.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.arvida.co.nz/privacy-policy) applies to any personal information you submit to us in connection with the Promotion and is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Legal
References to “we”, “us”, “our” mean Lincoln Plains Retirement Village Limited.
The Promotion is subject to New Zealand law.
