Housekeeping

Wherever you choose to live within an Arvida community, house cleaning and laundry services leave you more time for fun.

Housekeeping

If you live in an Arvida care room or serviced apartment, housekeeping services are included in your weekly fee, so you won’t have to worry about cleaning and laundry.

Housekeeping services are also available to residents who live in fully-independent villas and apartments, as an add-on service. It means you’ll have more time for golf, bowls, art classes, tai chi, yoga or whatever else you love to do with your time.

Meals

The delicious home-style meals, healthy snacks and treats served at Arvida communities are prepared and cooked on the premises.

Almost all Arvida communities have a professional kitchen staffed by passionate cooks who love to make residents happy from the inside out. What’s more, we engage residents in the process of choosing dishes for our menus, which change regularly to make use of seasonal produce and keep things interesting. Preparing and cooking food on site also allows us to cater for specific dietary needs.

All Arvida daily menus are approved by our national dietician, so every dish we offer to residents is both delicious and nutritious.

Transport

Arvida residents aren’t the stay-at-home type. They love to get out and about in our vans, trishaws and electric vehicles.

Providing a variety of transport options is part of Arvida’s commitment to helping residents to live a life with soul. Every one of our communities has a van for shopping trips, excursions and transport to events. Residents are consulted about where they want to go and how often, so that van trips can fulfil their weekly transport requirements.

Several of our villages also have a Cycling without Age trishaw for fun cycling trips around their neighbourhood. And for residents who still drive, but don’t want to own a car, we are introducing fleets of electric vehicles for free communal use in some locations.
