An Arvida serviced apartment lets you enjoy an independent lifestyle, but without the nuisance of home maintenance and housework. You can entertain friends and family, take holidays and enjoy hobbies - just as you would in your previous home. Your fully equipped, self-contained serviced apartment also lets you access care services as you need them, ranging from a little help with everyday tasks through to full-time care.

Serviced apartments are usually one-bedroom or studio, with a bathroom, kitchenette and living area. Community facilities are typically nearby, so it’s easy to get to activities, exercise sessions and social occasions.

If you need full-time care and support, you don’t have to move into a traditional-style rest home. Aged care is provided differently today and accommodation styles have changed. One of the most popular new options is a care suite, defined as a one-bedroom or studio apartment that’s purchased by way of ORA (occupational right agreement), where you receive the daily care and support you need.

Across many of our communities, we provide short-term respite and long-term full-time care in warm, welcoming environments. Our care centres provide for a smaller number of residents; the average number of residents across the group is around 60. Rooms within each centre vary in size and can be personalised with favourite artworks, pictures of family and other treasures.

Residents have access to a range of facilities within their community - such as a library, resident lounges and beautiful grounds - and can be involved in all sorts of activities around the community and the nearby neighbourhood.
