New clubhouse opens at Arvida Lansdowne Estate
The residents and team of Arvida Lansdowne Estate celebrated the grand opening of their new $2 million clubhouse recently.
Officially opened by Masterton District Council Mayor, Gary Caffell, the Clubhouse will hold activities, events, and celebrations.
“The Masterton community thanks Arvida for the huge part they have played in making comfortable living available for retirees in this district. This new clubhouse will be a tremendous asset to Masterton,” District Council Mayor, Gary Caffell said.
The clubhouse boasts impressive amenities, including a full-size snooker table, resident kitchen, outdoor area, lawn bowls green, resident lounge, and dining area.
Arvida Chief Executive, Jeremy Nicoll says the new clubhouse is a welcome addition to the growing Masterton retirement community.
“Residents are already enjoying the vibrant new space and I’m sure there will be many great events and social activities held here.”
