A licence to occupy (LTO) is a legal document that gives you the right to occupy a unit within a retirement community. It doesn’t give you legal ownership of the unit, just the right to live there for as long as you choose.

The occupation right agreement (ORA) secures your home in an Arvida retirement community for life.
