A disclosure statement is the document that provides information about the ownership, management and supervision of a retirement community.

Lifemark® is a New Zealand standard for usable and safe homes. For example, the villa’s at Arvida’s Lauriston Park community in Cambridge have been designed and built to meet Lifemark standards.

Within Arvida we are bringing our purpose to life by changing both the way we work and the way we develop aged care services. We don’t believe our residential facilities should be referred to as rest homes or retirement villages. We see them as communities or, more precisely, Living Well Communities.
